By default, your watermark will appear washed out and will be automatically scaled to fit the page. It will also appear on every page in the document. Uncheck the Washout option if you want the watermark to appear with its original brightness and contrast. Change the scale with the Scale dropdown menu to make the image bigger or smaller.
