James Hinchcliffe won the Indy 500 pole just over a year after a life-threatening crash that he has no memory of. The top of the IndyCar standings currently looks like this — Simon Pagenaud at No. 1, followed by Scott Dixon, Montoya, Helio Castroneves and Graham Rahal. Each will start among the top 17 besides Rahal, who will go off at No. 26 in the 33-car field.
