They also will not be accepting a potential bid to the College Basketball Invitational (CBI), meaning the Hoosiers' poor 2013-14 season is officially closed. The CBI requires teams to pay for their participation, but the money isn't why Indiana won't be competing. 

"Finances wouldn't be an issue if we thought it made sense,"  Indiana athletic director Fred Glass told The Indianapolis Star. "But we're Indiana. We don't play in the CBI."

Crean took to Twitter on Sunday night to share his thoughts on his team's 17-15 season (7-11 in the Big Ten).
