There are dozens of nominees and categories to rifle through tonight in what is sure to be a star-studded event. F9: The Fast Saga is the most recognized movie with eight nominations, TV show This Is Us has six noms while Justin Bieber scored an impressive ten nominations.
The awards will be simulcast live from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on television, with coverage spread out across online and on air.
How can I watch the People’s Choice Awards online?
The 47th annual People’s Choice Awards will be broadcast live on Tuesday December 8 at 9/8c on NBC and E!.
The red carpet pre-show will be broadcast live a couple of hours earlier. Coverage will start on E! from 7/6c.
You can view the People’s Choice Awards online streaming services that offer access to live channels including YouTube TV, Hulu+ and Paramount+. E! will also stream a digital show on the @enews Twitter, YouTube, eonline.com and the E! News app, starting from 8/7c.

Who is hosting the People’s Choice Awards 2021?
Saturday Night Live cast member and sitcom star Kenan Thompson will host the People’s Choice Awards. He’ll also be hoping to pick up a couple of awards as he’s nominated for The Comedy TV Star and The Male TV Star awards.
This year the pre-show on E! will be hosted by Orange is the New Black star Laverne Cox.
People’s Choice Award Winners 2021
While there are dozens of categories to sift through, with loads of actors, movies, TV shows and musicians nominated for prizes this year, there are some people who already know they’re receiving an award at the 47th annual People’s Choice Awards.
Christina Aguilera will receive the first ever Music Icon Award, and will perform a medley of her greatest hits. Spanish singer Becky G will present her the award and will also join her on stage for a duet. Aguilera is releasing her second Spanish-language album next year.
Kim Kardashian West is nominated for The Social Star of 2021 and The Reality Star of 2021, but she’ll also be receiving the Fashion Icon Award.
The People’s Champion Award will go to Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. On the night he’ll also be up for five other awards: The Male Movie Star, The Comedy Movie Star, The Male TV Star, The Comedy TV Star and The Social Star of 2021.
Finally, The People’s Icon Award of 2021 will go to Halle Berry which will be presented to her by Cardi B. Berry recently made her directorial debut with her new Netflix movie Bruised, which is out now.
