To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the play, the Raiders will play the Steelers in Pittsburgh Saturday night. Leading into that game, there will be some special programming surrounding Harris and the play, including “Franco Harris: A Football Life” on NFL Network Friday.

The premiere will air on NFL Network Friday night, and feature interviews with Franco and some of the most notable Steelers of the time, including Terry Bradshaw and Joe Greene.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin spoke about it Friday, as well.

This will be the penultimate “A Football Life” of the 2022-23 season, with the conclusion being the 1972 Dolphins on Jan. 13.
